Consortium projects

Consortium projects usually involve five to 25 companies with a common product development challenge or need. A consortium project typically consists of development work by the participating companies and work by external specialists. A project may have goals at two levels: general work developing the project’s whole domain and detailed product or production development through which the added value generated by the project is translated into concrete benefit to the company.

Tamlink's role in consortium projects is the project preparation and co-ordination during the projects. Tamlink has participated in numerous consortium projects, involving various fields and different technological challenges.
