Specialist in technology transfer

Established in Tampere in 1986, Innovation Research Development Tamlink Ltd specialises in technology transfer. We take a variety of roles in promoting co-operation between research and industry. Our partners include both Finnish small and medium-sized enterprises and large international corporations. Domestic and foreign research institutes offer high-quality research expertise for our contact network.

In our 20 years of operation, we have been involved in designing and implementing hundreds of industrial research and development projects. In-depth co-operation in strategic product development has focused particularly strongly on engineering companies in the Tampere region. From the very beginning, Tampere University of Technology (TUT) has been one of Tamlink’s key partners. Tamlink has implemented numerous joint development projects with other research institutes as well, such as VTT, the Technical Research Centre of Finland.

Tamlink is located in Hervanta, Tampere, in the immediate vicinity of TUT and on the premises of Technology Centre Hermia. The company's annual turnover is about 2 million euros.
